What can I expect in a consultation call?

A consultation call is about 30 minutes and comes with no obligations! We will discuss your goals, motivation, and needs. All information is kept confidential. At the end, you will receive instructions to schedule your first organizing session.

Do I need to do any prep work beforehand?

For safety, I ask that any animals be kept out of the area and any weapons stored securely elsewhere. Aside from that, nope! If you’d like storage product recommendations, we can go over those during our consultation call.

How long will it take to organize my space?

Every timeline is different because every space is different! Factors such as the size of the space, quantity of items in it, number of people available to help (specifically for larger projects like garages), your decision-making speed, and availability will affect the time it takes to get a space in order.

Do I need to be involved in the process?

Generally, yes. You will be making decisions on what to keep and where to keep it. As I learn about your likes/dislikes, I can make suggestions and groupings but ultimately you call the shots! There are some spaces (pantries, bathrooms, papers) that I can organize relatively independently, though I will still check in with you.

Do you take unwanted items away?

I do not directly remove items, but I can recommend people who can!
